Please note that a 1/2 day MAY ONLY BE BOOKED after a FULL days hire to help you with finishing off any cooking etc.
You will be required to undertake a min 1 hour training programme for the equipment you will be using BEFORE you will be allowed to use the equipment. Commercial catering equipment can be dangerous and you will need to be shown the operating/safety proceedures as well as given a fire safety and evacuation briefing.
