A FULL HACCP and Food Safety Plan and be able to pay a £250.00 cleaning deposit. Be minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate qualified and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of current food safety legislation and allergen control in a commercial food production environment.
An up to date product and public liability insurance of min £10 million and not have products that contain ANY of the ‘killer’ allergens such as Peanuts/Shellfish. As a
It’s very important that you be able to provide evidence that your ingredients come from a BRC accredited company and be able to provide data sheets or other traceability. We can help with this last one though because we have an amazing fresh ingredient supplier and access to some of the best ingredients available.
It may be you need a transition from home kitchen to a larger commercial environment for space or EHO requirements or need seasonal capacity to cope around Christmas or other periods throughout the year.
